Recently, the federal government’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking. If the revised rules are finalized as proposed, the federal award management requirements for UCLA, and other UCs, can change significantly. Comments on this proposal are open and due on or before July 13, 2026.
